Field Notes
Travelling slowly across the Indonesian archipelago requires surrendering to weather and water. Working with mechanical cameras in tropical humidity demanded a disciplined pace, waiting for dawn fog to lift from mountain ridges or twilight to settle over village waters.
Each exposure preserves quiet gestures and timeless geography: weathered teak prahu resting on volcanic sand, intricate stone carvings veiled in jungle mist, and the quiet rhythm of island mornings.
